Our breadcrumbs are made from specially baked gluten-free bread. A mild sourdough supports the aroma without dominating the taste. The selected flour blend and careful processing give the breadcrumbs their golden color and ensure a crispy, even coating.

Ideal for breading meat, fish, cheese, and vegetables, as well as for gratinating and refining savory dishes.
