Crispy baked and refined with toasted walnuts. Our walnut "Zwirbeli" are made with gluten-free sourdough and acquire a balanced aroma and a crisp crust through the long dough proofing process.

Toasted walnuts and buckwheat flakes provide a nutty note and additional character.
