Crispy baked, aromatic, and versatile. Our Rustico Twists are made from selected gluten-free flours such as rice, sorghum, buckwheat, and wholemeal millet flour.

Thanks to the long fermentation process, they develop their balanced aroma and a pleasantly crisp crust. Their mild, slightly rustic taste makes them versatile companions - for breakfast, as a sandwich, with soups and salads, or simply as a snack.

Storage:
Store in a dry place, protected from heat. After cutting, close tightly and enjoy until the best-before date. For longer shelf life, the bread can be frozen in its paper bag for up to 3 months.
