Rustic, aromatic, and with a strong crust. Our Ruedistetter Farmhouse Bread is made with gluten-free sourdough and slowly proofed for 24 hours. This process gives the bread a moist crumb, a delicate acidity, and a complex aroma.

A subtle bread spice blend of blue fenugreek, coriander seeds, and fennel gives the bread a finely spiced and slightly floral note on the finish.
